LiteForex enters into new 2010 in a new format

Since 11th January 2010 LiteForex holding company is transferred to the direction of ForexHunt team, the owner of the controlling interest of the holding company Sergey Mayzus officially announced about it. The group of companies LiteForex enters into a new year under the direction of a new president of the group of companies – Alexey Smirnov who heads a new team of managers united by the brand ForexHunt.

The decision on transfer of the controlling interest of the holding company which belongs to the family of Sergey Mayzus, was made in May 2008 when he withdrew from the company’s founders and transferred the controlling interest to an authorized representative. According to Sergey Mayzus this decision has been made in order to “create and to launch a new brand United World Capital on the market”.

According to Alexey Smirnov the project ForexHunt which is transferred “under the flag LiteForex” appeared in June 2009 as a result of an open “reality show”. According to the results of this “reality show” a qualitatively new administrative team was created of the active clients of LiteForex, during half a year this team demonstrated its competence and efficiency in the domain of high-quality services providing on Forex.
